A scenic and leisurely walk to the next cove takes you to world-famous White Beach, with all it has to offer, including, water sports, shops, spas, restaurants and a thriving nightlife.
Boracay Island is located one hour south of the capital city of Manila in the Philippines, by plane. The island is 7-kilometers long with numerous beaches, the most famous being White beach, which is a 4.5-kilometer stretch of powdery white sand and crystal clear water.
The island also boasts of Puka Shell Beach with its stunning natural beauty as well as Bulabog Beach, considered one of the best Beaches in Asia for kite boarding and water sports.
Boracay is a vacationer’s paradise, with everything from native style bungalows to five-star hotels, shops, restaurants and nightlife. The island offers a variety of daytime activities, but is most famous for boat tours, diving and kite boarding. There are many fantastic restaurants to visit with food from around the world, as well as Boracay’s famous nightlife, with pubs and bars of all kinds that are jumping until dawn.
Diniwid Beach is located north of White Beach. Coral limestone rocks surround the cove, with a cliff trail that leads directly to White Beach. Relatively secluded compared to White Beach, Diniwid has a life of its own that exudes the unique vibe and character of the area’s laidback residents with a few cozy private resorts located on the hills around the cove. Excellent restaurants and bars along the 200-meter long beach provide the perfect spot to watch the sunset. Diniwid Beach is easily accessible by taking a short electric tricycle ride from the island’s Main Road.
FLYING TO BORACAY
Caticlan is the final destination of any method of travel — be it by air, land or sea, before crossing to Boracay. There are no direct flights into Boracay Island and the nearest airport is located on the Mainland.
The fastest way to Boracay is via the Boracay Airport in Caticlan, which is less than an hour flight from the cities of Manila, Cebu, Davao, Clark, Cagayan de Oro, Palawan, and Bohol. A fully operational domestic airport, the newly extended runway now allows for night flights and large passenger aircrafts.
International flights to Boracay are via the Kalibo International Airport.

Estimated travel time is 1.5 hours from Manila.
Philippine Airlines, Air Asia and Cebu Pacific fly daily from Manila or Cebu to the Boracay Airport in Caticlan. Average flight times may vary from 45 minutes to 1 hour.
VIA KALIBO
Estimated travel time is 3 hours from Manila.
Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific and Air Phil Express fly from the Manila or Cebu to the Kalibo International Airport. Average flight time is an hour.
GETTING TO BORACAY FROM THE AIRPORT
We offer an airport to villa transfer package. We highly recommend you take advantage of this as the travel from the airport to the island is often a bit chaotic. We would want you to be able to start your holiday once you arrive at the airport, being well taken care of all the way to the resort. Rates are inclusive of all land-sea-land transportation and jetty port terminal fees. From the Caticlan Jetty Port, a 10- to 15-minute boat ride will take you to Boracay Island’s Cagban Jetty Port, which serves as a terminal for public utility vehicles such as electric tricycles and multi-cab vans that can take you directly to Diniview Villa Resort.
